It is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically, and all known defects are disclosed in this paragraph. The gear indicator next to the shifter is stuck on the "3," just below drive, even though the automatic gears shift smoothly. The AC and info center are currently inoperable. There is a slight shimmy when driving down the road. The climate control is stuck on "Auto" on the driver's side. The tint on the rear windshield appears to peeling somewhat around the edges. The gas gauge is off by a bit...the tank is empty when the gauge reads about 1/4 of a tank. There are a couple dings on the trunk near the BMW emblem. It looks as though the front bumper and hood may have been painted at some point, but they did a nice job of it...there is a small dent in the center of the hood. There are a couple tiny dings on the passenger side door. We have the floor mats, original manuals, and one key for this BMW. You could invest in this car as a small project, or you could easily use it as a daily driver as it sits.
