2004 Honda 400EX

I have for sale a 400EX 4 wheeler. with electric start. High and Low beam headlights. New battery It is in great condition.... has been stored inside (or at least under an awning it's whole life) It is stock (no exhaust, no cam.... nothing to compromise it's life or reliability) The front tires are original it obviously doesn't have much ride time on it over it's life.... the rears are new factory tires. It has a new rear brake.... the fronts are rarely used and remain factory. It has a new seat........... sadly the stock seat was stolen last year and when we went to replace it the dealership sent the wrong clolor code, with some haggling and back and forth the 400EX has a darker yellow plastic and the front fenders are a lighter yellow (it's not faded, it's a different color code) anyone could easily replace the front plastic and it would match, but as it does not effect driveability I chose not to. It runs fantastically.... the clutch is strong, the shocks are in great shape... the chain doesnt chatter.... and unlike many of them it idles on it's own, no throttle just turn on the fuel hit the starter button and it purrs like a kitten. The quad is for sale locally and the auction is subject to close should the bidding not take off and cash on hand arrives. It does not leak fluids or have any mechanical issues, it's a great bike. I'm relocating for work and fear I can't bring it along. I'll try to answer any questions. It is located in western Ky 42404. Frank
