Up for sale is my 1998 Triumph Thunderbird. I am the second owner of this awesome machine. I purchased this motorcycle a few years ago from an older gentleman in tennessee with just under 10,000 miles on it. He took very good care of it and I did also. The only reason I'm parting with this motorcycle is i loved it so much i recently purchased a 2010 Thunderbird. I was so thrilled with my 1998 tbird I bought the 2010 without so much as a test ride. I can only ride one and it would be a shame to let this one sit in storage and rot. It's time to pass this one on and find it a new home. When I got the bike it was completely original. Since then I installed "european" handlebars, beston grips, a solo corbin gunfighter saddle, a crg bar end mirror, and norman hyde pipes (sounds great). I do have the original 2-up seat and mirrors. Also I have the original owners manual, a haynes repair manual, aftermarket saddle bags (in pictures), and a cover, all will go with the bike. As far as I can tell this bike has never been dropped or treated harsh. The only damage is the license plate light cover has a crack in the plastic and a minor scuff on the rear fender. Other than that the bike is in very good shape. Its been very reliable, but every season it needs a little tlc, this season was going to be tires, I do beleive they are original. The only downfall to this bike is putting gas in it or parking it in a public area, everyone stops and asks questions about it, its made me late to work a few times. I pulled it out of storage today and it fired right up, took it around the block a few times today and it still runs great.
