1964 Buick Wildcat convertible. A Texas car most of it's life. 401 4 barrel, T400 automatic, power steering and brakes, deluxe black vinyl bucket seat interior with long console, clock, rare factory AC car. 130,000 miles showing, engine and transmission were rebuilt in 1986 at 95K miles. Top and rear window are excellent, approximately 2 years old. Super nice original interior, only flaw is a small cigarette burn on passenger seat (no holes, no torn stitching). Nice dash pad, windshield, and tinted side glass. Outer body is very straight. The car had professional rust repair in outer rockers in front of rear wheels, and small rust-outs behind rear wheels, repaired with new metal and very minor filler. There was a dent in the left quarter that was professionally bumped out. There are the usual door dings and it has a 1980's paint job (car was originally light green). Trunk and frame are excellent. There are two old metal patches, approx 10 X 6 inches, in front floor pans, barely visible from underneath car. Car runs well when warmed up, could probably use a carb rebuild. Other items it needs: tires are really old; rusty old single exhaust (a new $600 Waldron's aluminized dual exhaust is included if reserve is met, complete in box); left turn signal must be cancelled manually; gas guage does not work; front transmission seal leaks and should be replaced. This car could be made into a daily driver easily and with a new paint job would look great. Must sell, I am transferred. Car can be viewed by appointment in NW Houston 281 320 0749.
