2002 SUZUKI RM 250 2-Stroke Dirtbike bored out to 265cc Up for auction is my RM 250. This bike is very fast, faster than stock with all the aftermarket parts, will take you on a quick ride. I can't list all the aftermarket parts because I bought the bike from a MX'er that went to all 4-strokes and he had the work done, but I will tell you what I know. The top end has been replaced with a big bore kit and professionally installed and built by a Troy mechanic from my area, as well as with the clutch had been upgraded to higher strength and better friction plates, but later replaced with new OEM equipment because it felt better. So basically rebuilt engine has very low hours on it all together. Pro Taper bars, new rubbers, Dunlop front and Metzeler rear, they show very little wear and have plenty of grab. New graphics all over and sponsor tags. Bike has little wear and tear and I'm still impressed by how great the whole bike looks. Chain and sprockets are in good shape, and brake pads on front rear about 60%. Rear rim has 4 spokes missing and 2 that need a little tightening, I haven't had the time to dismount and fix. The chain tightener on the right side is fitted with a simple bolt and a kit is made to replace stripped tensioners, however I think it's doing pretty well as is. Front fork seals are leaking slowly, this just started happening, I don't know why, I haven't ridden much lately... Have too many projects and now I'm running low on money, so this is the first to go. The rear fender has a small crack, you can't see it and it's within the plastic not to a whole or edge, and I don't even know how I saw it, it is still strong and very much together. I'm sure I'm leaving a lot of great info out on this bike, but I cannot recall all the goodies. Wish I didn't have to sell it, it's a blast to ride and makes me happy just enjoying what this bike does. Please look closely at the pictures for the aftermarket parts and awesomeness of this bike. I will say this, if you haven't ridden a 250 2-stroke, this bike will be fun and an answer to all your demands, but you can always be gentle... It is very powerful, and very fast. It'll do everything you want it to do, and then some. I'm selling this bike as is, just as you see it pictured and described, it's a sling shot and I can't stress its power.
