1985 Dodge SHELBY CHARGER-Turbo I will describe the car as good as possible. Please look at pics carefully and ask any questions before bidding. Can view before bidding. 2.2 Turbo, 5-Speed, not an A/C car, Sunroof, Rear Defrost, Power Hatch Release, No radio, Orginal Rims I bought the car last year to fix up and drive back & fourth to work, but I can't keep putting money and TIME into it anymore. The car runs good, brakes are good, and is driveable, but I would not drive it home. The tires are BAD, has a few exhaust leaks, the front left brake caliper sometime sticks. And most of all I can't keep it charged up. Will need to be TOWED. I have replaced the Fuel Pump, Alternator, Plug Wires, Hall Effect Pick-Up, Distribitor Cap, and had the battery checked. The longer the car runs, the more the volts drop until the charge is low and the car dies. I can't figure it out. I have only drove it around town and it has left me stranded too many times. I give up!! The Exterior is in pretty good shape. Very little rust, clear coat is coming off, and paint is faded. Has a dent in the drivers door and a few others around the car. In average condition for its age, The Interior is also in pretty good shape. Very Clean! Small hole in drivers seat and needs a headliner. No radio Has rust in the wheel well area behind the front wheels. The mileage on the title shows "not actual" but I believe it to be actual. I think the last owner checked a box on the Indiana title that he was not supose to. On Apr-25-11 at 22:41:50 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that the tach and gas gauges dont work, The tach will work sometimes, but most of the time it wont.
