This Honda CRV is selling to fix up, or you can just drive as is, save a lot on gas, 30MPG. CRV is one of the best small SUVs around today and very reliable (it is Honda). They are low maintenance and and low cost parts; this cr-v is a high end EX version with all the additional features. We just got this CR-V. It had an accident a few years ago, both passenger side doors have been scraped up. Both doors open and close without any problem. There is no damage to the pillars. I took detailed photos and you can see the outside condition. The previous owner drove it like this for around 35,000 miles after the accident. He noticed uneven wear in the rear wheel, I checked underneath and found that the sway bar links are missing/unattached on both sides in the rear. Apparently he has been driving it like that for thousands of miles. That is possibly the reason for it. The vehicle runs very good even though it has 243k. The engine runs good, it does not have any ticking or knocking noises and it shifts to all gears and drive good. These vehicles, if you care about them, will run forever. Since the rear needs link bars, I took out the rear drive shaft. Now it is driving as a 2wd CRV, which is also good for mpg. The driveshaft will come with the vehicle. (There is no differential in crvs, only a rear clutch. When you take the driveshaft off it drives like crv front wheel drive models). I had a test drive at about 60mph and it drove nice. Most of the parts are just bolt on and don't require experience . If you want to take it to a shop to do it, I dont think it is cost effective to buy this. Small piace is bent on core support, it can be pulled back but if you need a new one it is $75 New hood - $75 New fender - $33 Head light - $25 (headlight works fine, only the plastic arm is broke) Door - $125 each Sway bar end link- $30 each If you need, I can tell where to get the parts for this price to the winner. Some parts might be extra to ship. The interior is nice without burns/ rips or damages, no stains on the seats. I checked most of the vehicle functions: engine- runs good (oil change required soon) transmission- shifts to all gears normally power windows- work power mirrors- work power rear hatch release - works all lights - work (one backup bulb needs to be replaced) radio - works (I didn't check the cd player but I assume it works as well) all guages and meters - work both front and rear wipers - work tires- need to change 2 tires soon passenger side bottom part of the windshield has a crack, doesn't affect the driver's view. heater- works ac it is too cold outside to check it correctly but seems to be working airbags - intact couple sensor OBD codes found, nothing major in the computer scan.
