1991 CADILLAC FLEETWOOD BROUGHAM D'ELEGANCE The 1991 Brougham featured what Cadillac proclaimed as "contemporary yet classic exterior and interior restyling." This view was justified by a major revamping of the long-lived Brougham package. A wide lower body-side colored accent molding was standard. The powerplant and chassis of the Brougham benefitted from the use of a new standard anti-lock braking system. I FEEL THE CAR CAN BE A SHOW CAR WITH MINIMAL WORK, SUCH AS, THE HEADLINER IS SAGGING IN THE BACK, THE REAR BUMPER RUBBER FILLERS CAN USE FRESH PAINT JOB, AND THE DRIVER DOOR HAS BLISTER AREA SEE PHOTOS......THE AM FM RADIO WORKS, CASSETTE WORKS, THE CD DOES NOT, THE DRIVER WINDOW WORKS VERY VERY SLOW, AND THE DRIVER POWER SEAT MOTOR DOES NOT WORK.....
