2001 VW Passat GLS 1.8T Black Leather Interior, Heated Seats and Sunroof The low down. Work Done: New front Breaks, Rotors, Sensors. New cam shaft position sensor. New Ignition coils and spark plugs. Heat shield added. Top engine tubing was all cleaned from oil sludge. Recent Oil change. Work Recommended: VW recommends to replace timing belt on these cars after 100K miles. I bought a timing belt, pulley, and tensioner. I just don't have the time to replace it now. I will include ALL parts with car. The timing belt is still fine, but you can see signs of wear. I had an ABS Brake light on for about 6 months, upon analysis it seems like the car needs a new ABS module which you can buy a rebuilt one for $80.00. This does not affect the car at all, the car still has full function ABS, the module or sensor is bad. I have been driving the car for months, so all works well with this. Work Needed: If the car is driven for awhile, the oil light will come on, and the car will make a strange noise. Possible oil sludge is built up in front of the oil pump. I have a brand NEW oil pump, which I will include. Again, I don't have time to devote to replacing it, it is very time consuming. Interior/Exterior The interior of the car is very nice. The leather and heated seats are great. Exterior, has a few dings. Other wise, the interior/exterior is in good shape. NO rust or NO paint chipping. All parts included. Also I will include both the Original Front Grille and After market. Any questions just ask.
