Just out of storage !!!!!!! 1965 Thunderbird Landau hardtop. This car is in solid shape for being 46 years old. As you can see it is a pretty straight car. Interior is in satisfactory shape wit minor repair to drivers seat and headliner.The carpet will need relacing. The interior is in tact except the steering wheel which was removed at some time in it's life. The floor boars in this car are very solid ( no rust through )and the trunk as well. Exhaust looks to be relatively new. The 390 engine was a fresh rebuild 3 years ago. You can see that the engine has a new edlebrook carburator and the block has been repainted with the rebuild. Body is in fair shape and looks to have had some repair behind the rear whels. Other than that the pictures tell it all.All of the chrome and windows are present and in good shape. Installed battery and poured some fuel into carb and it started right up. Car does go into reverse and drive. Brake pedal is firm and stops car when moved. Car is having a fuel pump installed today. May just need a filter but going to change pump anyway.
