ok, up for sale is my 98 Ford crown victoria. It reads 415k miles. I had it checked out by a mechanic wene i bought it and he said there was no way they were original miles, He told me Quote " It has way to much power and runs smooth " The ENGINE.... It will start in the dead of a MN Winter at 30 below zero every single time !!. I mean it will start no matter what. The engine runs smooth and sounds healthy, no clicking or chugging. The Only real issue is i have a bad ground in the car someplace, something is staying on which drians the battery , so throught procces of elimination we found a fuse that was continually pulling power so i took the fuse out. I dont know what exactly that fuse controlled but my blinkers dont work nor does the radiator fan. so I run the radiator fan off of a toggle switch. as long as you flip the switch your A ok. The power door switches are in need of replacement 25$ for the pair on amazon.com they work but sometimes the unlock button wont. The passanger door side window is hotwired so you touch two wires inside the glove box to roll it up and down. I know this sounds bad but its really simple stuff to fix I guess I just like Things the hard way. The heater unit works but is slow to warm the car. I can hook it up to a toggle switch allso if you want me to, I will get that sucker workin no problem. haha I have a lowbeam light out on the passenger side, highs work fine but if u dont wanna blind everyone You should replace it. I dont care tho so i left it. The car has a nice little dent between the dricers door and the front quarter panel, ( SEE PHOTO ) allso there are a couple minor little dings on the back drivers side behind the door are small tho only notice at a certain angle. . I dont think they are relevent but i really dont wanna leave anything out of my description. The drivers side door panel is kinda loose From pulling the doors down, allso tv screens in doors should be mounted better than they are. I pulled them out . i wanted to keep them then i realized how crap like the car looked with 2 8 inch holes in the door panels so i stuck them back in but you will need to remount them aventually. they work and stay in place rite now. just need some TLC. Tires are 3 out of 4 in exalent condition passenger front has seen better days . the car pulls slightly to the side the alighnment is off maybe. I dont notice it but a friend drove it and said it pulled. The tranny works fine it will slip slightly every now and then. i drove it for like 2 days strait and noticed it. its not the end it probably just needs service you know they change the fluids and what not. But i would for sure drive it without a worry anyplace a really reliable car. Im selling it becous i lost my DL. ASK QUESTIONS PLEASE!!! It is straitpiped all the way back, sounds like a baby jet. obvious by photos is has lambo doors. this is not a cheap kit from china each door has 700 pound shocks. i have a dvd player/mp3/cd/usb/aux input / all that stuff. 2 7INCH lcd tvs in doors one 7 inch lcd comming off cieling all work and play movies. there is 2 12inch kicker comps in the back in seperate ported boxes each powerd by a seperate amp ome amp is kicker one is pioneer. I have never been a fan of pioneer but this amp has outlasted any other amp i have had in my possesion and deserves its due credit. system sounds clean and stupid loud. Body is solid and strait.it really is a good car just needs some tlc. the inside matches the outside of the car. keep in mind its no show quality car but it is kinda cool. I have purchased a new wire harness for the passanger side door switches. It will take the average person about 20 minuits to install. therefor fixing the problem with the window rolling down. :) allso I Put a brand new optima red top battery under the hood. retail value is $200. I allso ran the auxillary wiring from the battery to power cap converter to the car. so the battery will not be overworked or stressed. Something i forgot to mention earlier, IT IS ILLEGAL to drive a vehicle with tv monitors running or any illumination in the direct view of the driver. and all your screens are in just that exact place. Imagine that. You will get pulled over if the cop is an ass. so i have all 3 monitors hooked up to a kill switch on the dash. so if you see the fuzz hit the switch and all screens will go blank. flash the finger wait a block and turn em back on. I do have the spotlight that goes on the car and it does work the car has never used anything but super unleaded gasoline , If you keep clean blood ( change the oil regularly ) the car will do wondefrull for a long time.
