Vehicle Detail
I have here a 1987 2.3 turbo diesel ranger. I recently just got it so do not know much about it besides it runs and drives. The previous owner told me it has a new water pump and new radiator but i cant verify that for sure. I have not done ANYTHING with this truck beside pressure wash the motor off and had to put a electric fuel pump on it to make it start but once its started it runs without it, for how long im not sure i only drove it around my block. The shifter is quite sloppy but it goes into all gears, tires all hold air but could be replaced in the near future, brakes do work but pedal is really hard to push, but the e-brake does work, and interior is quite filthy but what can you expect for an old truck. The title is salvage but the previous owner said he bought it with a salvage title 15 years ago and has been driving it since then until he decided he needed a bigger truck. Truck is SOLD AS IS WHERE IS NO WARRANTY IMPLIED AT ALL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED. I GOT THIS TRUCK THE WAY IT SITS AND ALL I HAVE DONE IS WASHED THE MOTOR OFF AND THE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP. I KNOW NOTHING ELSE ABOUT IT BESIDES IT RUNS AND DRIVES. Thank you for looking at the truck and please ask any questions and ill respond asap. On Apr-11-11 at 10:50:57 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention this a 2wd 5spd and it is pickup only i will not be able to help with delivery but i can help load it on a trailer if someone is to haul it home. I myself would haul it home on a trailer just because I know nothing about it besides what i have mentioned so anyone who would want to drive it home will be doing so at there own risk. I have driven the truck about 10 miles just around my block and up and down the road and seems to run good, temp stayed in the normal, and good oil pressure so im sure it would drive wherever anyone would want to but as said it will be at your own risk. Thanks for looking at the truck once again email me with any questions and ill get back to you asap
