For sale is a 1954 Ford 2Dr Customline project car with some of the restoration process already completed. The body has been off the frame with the frame being sand blasted and repainted. While the body was off the frame the passenger floors and trunk floor that were rusted was removed and replaced with new sheet metal. New inner and outer rocker panels along with the floor braces that were rusted were replaced at the same time. The body was then put back on the frame with a new rubber insulator kit and bolts installed. Basicaly the entire car is complete ( seats, trim, glass, bumpers, some items are double as I had another body that was a doner) with the exception of the headliner that was not worth saving but I do have the bows, and all the original parts that I have will come with the car. The car has a rear end assembly from a1975 Granada currently under the car. The engine compartment is setup for a later model Ford small block engine ( 289, 302, 351 ) and a manual transmission. I have a1978 model 302 engine and a C-6 transmission that does not go with the auction available if anyone is interested. The car is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold.
