This is a No Reserve Auction for a Clean, Rust free and in Stock Condition 1996 Honda Civic EX with a 5-Speed Transmission. This Front Wheel Drive 2 -Door Coupe has the 1.6L L4 SOHC 16V engine. EPA has rated fuel mileage for this Civic up to 38 MPG. There are no mechanical or maintenance issues with the Civic EX. The engine starts up & runs good and the transmission & clutch are fine with no problems or issues. There is a new State Safety Inspection Sticker that is valid through April/2012. A valve job was just recently completed on the engine (stripped & cleaned cyl. head, replace valve seals, reseat two valves, adjust valves, new head gasket). Both inner tie rods have just been replaced, and has also a new windshield and hood release cable. The body is in very good condition for the year. The Civic is rust free including the undercarriage, floor pan and strut towers. The paint still has a good shine, but in a few areas has lost some of the clear coating. The body is free of any major dents, but does have some dings & scratches as can be seen in some of the photos. The interior is clean and in overall excellent condition. There are no rips/tears or stains on the seats and upholstery. The 60/40 split rear seat folds down for extra trunk storage space. The Civic has new Michelin 185/65R 14” Radial Tires that still have approx. 90-95% tread life remaining. The electric sunroof works good and does not leak. Has an AM/FM CD Stereo System. There is no cracked or broken glass and all lights, turn signals, wipers, horn and heating controls work fine. The A/C System works well. The sale includes a Clear Maine Title & Bill of Sale. Along with the Experian Auto Check Report, a Clean Full Carfax Vehicle History Report is included (eBay's Experian Report mentions an odometer discrepancy, but the Carfax Report indicates there is no odometer problem or discrepancy). Sale includes the Original Owners & Manuf. Warrantee Manuals and a Haynes Service Book. I will consider delivering the Civic at a convenient location within 100 miles and possibly further if travel expenses are covered.
