I am listing this car for my brother who has clear and free title. He purchased the car from our family-run used car business and has owned the car for the last 10 years and drove it quite a bit until the last five or six years. The last time it was started, the engine idled fine, but the engine stalls once the RPM picks up and the turbocharger meter kicks out of - into the +. The rest of the engine would need a thorough inspection and a tune-up may just be a starting point. It is not drive-able in it's current condition. The successful bidder will have to pick it up on-site and haul it away. The body is in fair shape with minor dings, and has had some body work done, paint is peeling and faded on roof and hood, and there are some cracks in the ground effects. Tires would need to be replaced. The interior leather is cracked and torn and needs repair/replacement. It does have a sunroof which may need a new seal. It has 152,959 right miles and will sell in its AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition, with no warranties expressed or implied. No delivery of the vehicle will be made. You are bidding on this car knowing that it is an extensive project and you will not be able to drive away in it, although it is a steal for parts alone at the reserve price. ANSWER: We can handle out-of-state title transfer with no problem! All we have to do is complete a title only transfer, but a Notary is required to complete the process in KY. We will still need to meet at the courthouse to have the forms notarized and you will take the completed title to TN (or any other state) to register and pay taxes there. We weren't expecting many out-of-state buyers and that is why we wrote the terms out the way we did.
