Up for auction is a very clean and nice 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe. The color is Blue with double white racing stripe. The interior is blue pony style with white headline and blue carpets. The carpets have faded a little. The interior seats have the pny design and are in very good condition with no tears or rubbing. We purchased this vehicle a year ago and it is driven 1-2 times a week. The engine is very strong, doesn't smoke and runs like a charm. It has true dual pipes that have the glass pack sound. It is not a show car, but it is in very good condition. The car originally had a 6 clinder engine, but the previous owner replaced it with a 289 4V engine. We have replaced the carb with a new Eldebrock carb and have replaced the plugs, distributor cap, rotor, points, upper water house, water outlet, water pump, belts, heater hoses, termostat, front brake pads and new battery. The engine is very strong and the car is very fast. The body is straight with very little rust and no bondo. If you are looking for an old mstang you can drive now, this is the car.
