We started with a good, clean, original 1971 SL70 with only 905 original miles. We disassembled this bike down to every nut, bolt and washer for a complete restoration. The engine, transmission, clutch, brakes have all been rebuilt to factory specs. The frame and metal were cleaned and repainted. The wheels were disassembled, plated the spokes, nipples and rims then reassembled. The nuts, bolts, washers, etc have been zinc plated. The pictures tell the story. This bike starts on one kick. It came out better than I had imagined. I have all of the receipts that will go along with the bike. The mileage now reads 916, I can't keep off of it! Let me know if you have any questions....
