I am auctioning this surviving Ford stepside antique pick up for a friend. This truck has a clear Kansas title. It is very straight for it years but has some rust as shown in pictures. This is NOT a restoration. All cab glass is intact but there are some cracks as seen in the pictures. The Air-conditioning is a dealer installed unit. The compressor clutch operates and turns freely. No attempt to charge or convert the system has been made. A recent tune-up was completed and the carburetor rebuild by the current owner. The 6 cylinder motor appears to be original. It starts, runs and drives well. The truck has a new battery, starter, starter solenoid. The owner has replaced all four shocks. There is a spare tire/wheel with this truck. The orginal spare tire mount is missing. The exhaust system is intact to the muffler but the tailpipe has rotted in two. The original 3speed transmission operates smoothly in all gears. The previous own installed a new clutch that operates smoothly and does not slip. This truck is being sold "as is where is" with no warranty. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide transportation/shipping from its present location. The current owner will provide assistance in loading and coordination with buyer or shipper. Please ask questions before bidding.
