Have you been thinking you would like a jeep with a mile or two on it? Well this is it. Yes, the milage you are seeing is correct, 271k. I bought this jeep from the guy that bought it brand new with intentions of parting it out. I can't do this because it just runs too good. There is no smoking or leaking and it starts right up. I am on my 2nd full tank of gas since buying it and am driving it every day to work. I will tell you what I know about it the best I can: Full hard doors with roll up glass that work great. The hard top is in excellent condition with the exception the rear gas shocks are off the rear door and the wiper is missing. The interior has no carpet and the front seats are in need of replacing. The rear seat looks good. There is a brand new kenwood cd player in it but for whatever reason he said he did not finish hooking it up and I haven't had a chance to look at it. The air bags appear to be in working order and it doesn't have any weird dash lights of any kind on in it. I also have not tried the ac in it either. The heater works so so. The signal lights do not seem to be working either. The jeep is a 4.0 6cyl with a 5speed tranny and it is 4x4. The rearends are geared 3.07's Under the hood everything is as it should be with the exception it is missing the hood prop. It does have a brand new radiator on it too. The tires will need replacing soon and it still has the orginal shocks on it. There is a small leak on the steering box under it but everything else is bone dry. The brakes seem alittle spongy so I would say it is due rear shoes and wheel cylinders. The emergency brake doesn't work at all. Body wise, the doors are in great shape, the hood is real good but the front fenders will need replacing, seems at one time or another it has bumped something in the front and drove the driving lights into them causing dents. The rear quarters need alittle body work but no rust is in the jeep at all. I have the jeep for sale locally so the auction could end at anytime. I WILL NOT give out my reserve but you are welcome to CALL ME with an offer. I would encourage anyone who can to could by and test drive the jeep before bidding if you can.
