Up for bids is this original 1935 chevrolet 1/2 truck. This is a rare one you don't see any more. There are very few of these left around. This one is overall solid. It has a rust out spot on one of the cab corners but other than that is is solid. What rust you see is surface rust. It was stored in a barn for 30 years when we got it. This truck was modified years ago with a corvair front end and a camaro rear end. It had a small block v-8 in it at one time. The wood in the cab is still in decent shape. Some of the wood in the doors will have to be replaced but it is still there. I have all new sun gauges for the dash and the dash cluster is set up for this gauge cluster. The truck has good chrome banded windshield with tinted glass and mounting hardware. The truck has 2 sets of original headlights, one chrome set and one painted set with lenses. The truck also has the door panels for it. It has the metas pieces for the doors. This would make a nice streetrod to rebuild. We were going to rebuild it and put a V-6 5 speed in it but just really don't have the time. I am going to start the bidding off at $2500 and no reserve. The truck has a clear louisiana title. Also after the auction ends if the winning bidder is interested I have a gmc jimmy that I was going to use the drivetrain out of for the truck that could be purchased for an extra $400 over the winning bid if interested.
