Hi, I have for sale a 96 Mercedes s320, the vehicle currently has 123,000 miles. The car overall is in good shape but needs some TLC. The car belongs to my son who is college and not a car person and has let a few things go, and instead of fixing this one up he decided to get another car so he no longer has use for this one. Let me start with the known problems. He has aftermarket Mandrus 19" wheels ( they are made for Mercedes and are very nice wheels ) , but he had someone attempt to steal them and they managed to get away with one, so currently there are only 3 of these and a stock Mercedes wheel . The tires are definitely in need of changing. The front have developed flat spots and appear to be separating. The vehicle has a bad vibration when driving at around 35 to 40mph. He had it checked and was told he needed new wheel bearings. There was alot of play in the right front wheel. I checked on the price here on Ebay and found a set inner/outer for 44.00 shipped. The passenger side mirror is broken, the controls still work but the bracket that holds the mirror is broken. The rear view mirror upper section is broken, the ashtray door is off ( The woodgrain piece is in the car maybe it could be fixed, and the driver side seat molding where the heat control goes is cracked, the glovebox door opens sometimes, all of these problems are in the pics. The car runs and drives good minus the vibration. Mechanically it appears sound. The body and paint are good for the year, no major dents, the interior is in decent shape , the front seats and console are a little warn but to be expected for the year. It does have all the bells and whisltes , telescoping wheel, power one touch windows, sunroof, heated seats, adjustable power seats, updated cd/usb radio with proper Mercedes plug, Bose speakers , privacy glass ( if you have never seen Mercedes glass it is ridiculously thick) no outside noise whatsoever. One thing that is great about this car is the gas mileage, Mercedes says 25mpg is average, but my son got anywhere around 27 to 29 mpg, that is highway at 75 mph. Impressive I think for such a large car. I think I have listed everything , please feel free to email me any questions. Thank you.
