Up for Auction is a really cool 1974 Plymouth Station Wagon. It is equipped with a 318 V8 and 727 automatic transmission. Overall the car is solid with only a few rust spots that will need attention. It will want a repaint and some body work to fix some previous poorly done work. This car runs and drives very well. It was dormant for roughly 15 years before I got it. Previous owner thought the timing chain had jumped when he tried to start it one day and just left it in his yard. It turned out that the coil wire was bad!! I bought it with the intention of droppng a 440 that I have into it and making a Hot Rod Wagon out of it. I have ended up with a 57 Belvedere (like Christine) so my attention is now on that so this one needs to go to make room. The tailgate on this wagon opens either like a standard door or can be opened like a truck tailgate once window is lowered. It does not have the rear facing back seat that area is a spare tire well. The windows are hand crank not electric which means that they do work well! I can still imagine this car with a fresh repaint and 17" polished torque thrust wheels on it. Take the family cruising or run to the swap meet and fill 'er up with parts or pick up some plywood at Home Depot.
