My Karmann Ghia is in good shape. Starts right up and is a kick to drive. I have owned it for 7 years and it has been garaged the whole time. The body is straight and only has minor rusting. I have driven the car 2,000 miles a year or less since I have owned it. It is original except for the EMPI spoke wheels (I have the original wheels and hub caps and those are included with the purchase) Halogene headlights, and a "quick shift" conversion. The paint is near perfect and the interior has no major flaws. The odometer reading is acurate for the engine only. There is a new battery. I would hold on to and enjoy this car myself except I am moving to the Philippines in June. It will make and eye catching daily driver for someone or with some cosmetic improvements a show car for a classics lover. Work needed: There are a few minor dings and scratches on the body. It needs a new headliner. Needs a driver side window helper spring. Steering is a bit sloppy and needs an adjustment. The speedometer reciently quit working but I am going to correct that myself. The clock is not working. The passenger side rear light lens is cracked but hardly noticable.
