1978 Jeep CJ7 Fully Restored and Completely Rebuilt Jeep has always been garage keep. Absolutely no rust anywhere. Runs like a top. Cranks with one turn of the key every time. I have over $18,000.00 personal invested in rebuilding this Jeep. This Jeep is as SOLID as they come. I hate to sell it but my wife and I just had a baby and it's not exactly an "family vehicle" so it's got to go. I have included all of the information in the Jeep below. - Engine: 258 cu in (4.2 L) AMC I6 - Brand New crate motor installed less than 2000 miles ago (All belts, hoses, alternator, & wiring replaced), Weber Carburetor 38/38 “The Torquer” Upgrade, HEI Distributor Upgrade - Transmission: Tremec T-150 (3 speed manual) – Completely rebuilt less than 2000 miles ago - Transfer Case: Dana 20 – Completely rebuilt less than 2000 Miles ago - Front axle: Dana 35, Lock Right Locker, MOPHOR Axle Upgrade (Completely rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago. All seals, bearings, shafts, and joints replaced), Warn Premium locking hubs (Installed 03/10), Disk Brakes (Rebuilt less than 250 miles ago) - Rear axle: AMC 20, One Piece Axle Upgrade (Completely rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago. All seals, bearings, shafts, and joints replaced), Brakes completely rebuilt less them 250 miles ago - Suspension: New Skyjacker 2.5” suspension lift with Skyjacker Hydro Shocks & steering Stabilizer (Installed 03/10), 2” body lift, Skyjacker Sway bar Quick Disconnects. - Steering: Power Steering – New power steering gear box (installed 03/10). Kilby steering gear box skid plate/armor, New tie rod ends and Ball joints (replaced 03/10) - W/T: 33/15/12.50 BFG A/T tires on original Chrome Lerado Rims w/ Original Chrome Center Caps. - Other: Warn XD9000i winch w/ 100’ ¾” Viking Synthetic Winch Line, Rock Crawler front & rear bumpers, OR-FAB Swing Away Tire & Jerry Can Holder w/ spare jerry can, Hi-Lift Jack, & shovel mounted, Hunsaker racing seats, PIAA 540 Off-Road Driving Lights, Chrome Nerf Bars, Tuffy Steel Locking Center Console, Pioneer CD player installed in center console w/ marine remote installed in dash so it is completely waterproof, 2 - 4” waterproof speakers in dash & 2 – 6x9 speaker pods in rear, Cobra CB w/ PA speaker mounted under hood, All gauges, signals, & interior lights work - Tops: Hard-top, full steel doors, Bestop soft doors, Bestop bikini top, Bestop windjammer, & Bestop duster cover.
