Vehicle Detail
Selling my pristine 2002 M3.Car was custom ordered and has been with me since delivery. There is nothing wrong with this car. Its be over maintained its entire life. Never seen salt, snow, dirt etc. If you are a e46 fanatic like me you will appreciate this car. If you are looking for the cheapest deal you can find on a beat up poorly maintained car, this car isnt for you. I'm going to be pretty particular about who I will sell this car to. If I dont think you'd take care of the car the way I did and appreciate it for what it is I probalby wont sell it for any amount. There are not too many under 40,000 mile '02's around and this one is as good as it was the day it was picked up. Car has all the options with exception of Cold weather and xenon. M has sport 12 way seats which are fabulous in my opinion. Its not even a comparison, heated seats are for picking kids up at school. 12 way adjustables are to get the feel of a true sports car. The car has been kept in heated garage since day 1 and under BMW cover. The only things added to the car are the tinted windows, BMW aluminum pedals, black kidneys (I hate chrome) and Pioneer Sirius/Nav. which is far superior to the BMW Nav. Car has new tires that have about 1,500 miles on them, new brakes, stainless lines, new fluid and recent oil change. Car has been serviced regularly and has had bearing recall performed. Runs flawlessly. If you are looking for an e46 that is as close to new as you can find this is the car. Theres a bunch of whipped m3's on the market for the average buyer this isnt that car. This car is for someone who's looking for something special. Feel free to email with any questions or for further information. On Feb-19-11 at 07:20:05 PST, seller added the following information: To answer some questions: The wheels are perfect. No curb rash of any kind anywhere. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sports. The Bearing recall was performed. Car was checked for TSB subframe and was not at issue but from what I understand should it become an issue it is covered by BMW. Photos were taken on a cloudy day and it was the only time the car has been out of garage for the winter.. Car has Clear Bra on front bumper cover, hood, and mirrors, Front has no scrapes under fogs from parking curbs. Further photos can be taken at request. No Test Drives. The person who buys this car already knows how an e46 runs and drives. Once a purchase agreement has been made I would assume the buyer would want to verify its operation and happily arrange it but I see no need to take it for a spin. It runs exactly how an '02 M3 should. To get a sense of what it runs like try a BMW dealer.
