1947 Ford Super Deluxe Sedan This is a cool 1947 Super Deluxe 2dr Sedan Street Rod. She has that right classic Hot Rod style that jumps right off of the movie set of Grease. The right stance, chrome wheels, white wall tires, nice yellow color with white interior, this thing screams vintage Rod. The chassis was updated with a Nova subframe so it rides and drives much better then stock. The all steel body is in nice shape. The body panels are in good shape. The front headlight buckets are from a Mercury for a custom appearance. The rear license plate has been frenched in. The trunk has a remote pull to open it to keep with that flush look. The paint was done within the last couple years. The glass is in nice shape. It has dummy spots for that vintage feel as well. The interior was done in a custom white vinyl. The seats are in good shape. The door panels look real nice. The black headliner is perfect. The carpet is new as well. The dash was painted a nice contrasting yellow to really pop. A Kenwood AM/FM/CD player is hidden in the glove box to keep the original AM radio in place for that vintage appearance. A three spoke steering wheel finishes off that old school Hot Rod look. The trunk is carpeted and has a finished look. The engine is a Chevy 307 that features a GM High Rise Aluminum Intake, Holley Carburetor, HEI distributor, and dual exhaust. The transmission is a nice shifting Powerglide automatic. The rear is a 10-Bolt from a Nova. The suspension was lowered 3 inches all around for that perfect Hot Rod stance. She also features power steering and dual reservoir manual brakes. It rides on chrome Smoothie wheels with brand new Firestone white wall tires.
