This 1957 Cadillac was acquired from the estate of a gentleman who had dozens of cars stored in a storage facility for over 20 years. We have rebuilt the carburetor, flushed all fuel lines and the fuel tank, serviced and adjusted the brakes and replaced, if necessary any brake lines, installed new exhaust, serviced the transmission, tuned the engine and road tested the car. This car is a solid survivor which shows 60,162 miles. There is no way to document that mileage as actual, but the car looks and feels like a car with only 60,162 miles. The interior is original with the exception of the carpet which we have replaced. The seats are in remarkable condition considering the car's age and the original cloth shows only small spots or tears. The door panels are original and in excellent condition, as is the dash and dash pad. The paint is in very good condition. We have touched up areas and buffed and polished the entire car. This car has tremendous curb appeal. All of the chrome and stainless is there and in good shape. Some of the chrome will need to be redone. The front bumper is very good but the rear bumper will need to be rechromed for this to be a spotless driver. This is a solid car which with a little TLC would make an excellent driver or which would be an excellent prospect for a full restoration.
