Up for auction is one of the cleanest 79 GS1000's you will see. This bike looks and runs great, with many upgrades. It is equipped with the following new items; EMGO Cafe Racer style fairing, New Ride GA series Harley hard locking saddle bags with MC Resources luggage brackets from New Bonneville, Pro-Grip handle grips, chrome Harley bullet blinkers, and Durotour rear tire, (front tire is about 50-60%). Plugs, wires, carb cleaning, synch and service all recently done by local bike shop. Inspection new last month, and registration new this month. Title is clear and blue in my name. Has crash bars and highway pegs for cruising. Has 4 into one newer exhaust. Frame has been professionally cut down to receive gunslinger style seat with Harley Sporster rear fender and custom struts. This bike is a real head turner, and a collectors dream. I would get on this bike and ride it anywhere in the country!. Other than a few nicks or scraches here and there, this bike is mint. There is a little road rash on the right side crash bar from leaning too far over, and a bit on the muffler. It does not appear that this bike has ever been down, and everything works as it should.
