1976 Buick Pace Car replica. Celebrate 50 years of the Indy 500 with your own Pace car replica. This is an original 39,000 mile car that left the factory as a Regal S/R. I have added the spcecific pace car graphics and options to it. No body work or modifications have been done to the car other than the removal of the vinyl top and professional paint on a rust free body. Car sports it's original interior, motor, transmission, and exhaust. Some photo's show the car wiith chrome Buick ralleys but the correct red wheels are on the car now. I had a pace car that I used for parts and have the title and vin tag from it. Only difference between a Regal and Century, which pace cars were based on, is the front header panel. Interior is very nice with the exception of the headliner being loose around the factory t-tops and a small area of piping on the passenger side seat back. Car is equipped with power seats, windows, tilt , cruise, air, trunk release, am/fm tape player, rear defrost, t-tops, stow away spare. Car does not get driven much and should go to someone who can enjoy and appreciate it as much as I have. Car has always been garage kept and covered as long as I have had it. I am the third owner and purchased it years ago from Illinois. I have had two people in the past that wanted the car and I gave both of them ample time and effort to see they could get it. If you don't want the car or can not afford the car, please don't bid. I am not desperate to sell it. I have many magazines,and much documentation from Buick in regard to the 1976 Buick Free Spirit. I have memorabilia from the 1976 Indy 500 as well. If you think it's a car you want and can afford bid, if not save my time and yours. $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of end of auction.
