This is my 2005 GMC Canyon. I purchased it in Nov 2009 From Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington,NC. The previous owner worked overseas alot(Like Me) and this truck has been storage 3 times over the last 6yrs. It is the in the best shape i've just about ever seen a simi-daily driver. I can tell you that i had a 70mi round trip until September 2010. I drove it about 3-4 days a week and had 2 trips to Lousiana. I would get in it and drive to AK if needed. I am temp. working in Alexandria, VA and so the truck is located there. This truck has 71,102 miles on it. It has always had synthec or mobile 1 oil changes X 3months-with BOSCH distance oil filters. Last summer we hit 54,000. I changed the following: Plugs(bosch +4), fuel filter, rotated tires, cooling system flush and fill, transfer case fluid. The Scheduled maintance is not that intense but at 100,000 i would change transmission and front-rear axel grease. I have reciepts for all of this. the truck has the following: 4x4 , 6 DISC CD player with Sirius, ONSTAR, power everything, 3.5 l 5 cylinder(BUT NOT A TURBO DIESEL), K&N cold air intake and filter, orig parts and filter system, dual V12 sockets, orig owners manuel's etc..i have the orig window sticker listing the truck for $31,504.00-so basically in 2005 i hope there were not many more options. I has the off-road suspension pkg, towing pkg-i've never used it nor did the last owner except to haul a harley to Myrtle Beach from Wilmington X 2. The interior is unreal-best shape it could be in for 2005! This truck is eligable for the Hendricks extended warranty if you are interested. it is for sale, although its im my garage and i'll be out of town until next monday. so I reserve the right to end due to local sale.
