Vehicle Detail
My grandmother recently passed away at age 94. She and my gramps bought a new Cadillac every two or three years since the late 50's, until this 1985 Seville. She drove it until she turned 90. Until then the car was always garaged. It has never been wrecked. I have the original title and the miles are actual. That's the good. Now the bad: I became ill the same time her health failed and the car sat outside since early 07. It's not been driven or registered. It looks rough, it idles rough and it drives rough. If it didn't have such low miles and a clean one owner title I'd say it wasn't worth anything. And if it wasn't the last of the bustle-back Sevilles. But it is one owner, low miles and a future collector piece. I can fix this or I can put my money and attention into the other Caddy of hers I have, the last one my gramps bought in 64. But I just don't have the time or energy for both. So here it is, rough though it may be, in hopes someone will give it a good home and the TLC it needs. Look at the pics and realize you are buying it for the miles and the one owner history, not because it's some sparkling gem right now. It isn't. Everything worked when she parked it and it might be drivable, but I STRONGLY suggest you bring a battery and trailer. 4100 V8 ran well when being daily driven. Trans shifted fine AC was converted but probably needs charged Tires have half tread or more but are 8 years old Headliner is down I believe all options work but some switches are stiky from sitting No battery goes with car Chrome is good Glass is good Bumper fillers are bad Clear coat is flaking May be some minor surface rust but no "patches", let alone rot
