For sale is an all original 1991 BMW 318is coupe with 124,000 original miles. Runs and drives Excellent. Great example of this model. This is very nice 318is model with a clean Carfax with no accidents. ENGINE The engine is the 1.8 liter twin cam (DOHC) 4 cylinder. The engine runs excellent. The car has been recently tuned up with new spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, oil and oil filter. It has a brand new fuel pump and alternator installed. New transmission and differential oil. TRANSMISSION It has the original 5spd manual transmission. It goes into all the gears perfectly with no grinding or slipping issues. It has good bushings with no sloppiness in the shifter. INTERIOR It has a great tan leatherette interior with no cuts or tears in the sports seats. The carpets are clean and not soiled and the headliner is in great condition. The dash does have some cracks in it.(See photos below). I used a dash cover for covering up. PAINT AND BODY The body is in exceptional shape with the bright red paint in very good shape with very good gloss. It has no dents, dings or scrapes. This is a California car with no rust on the body. WHEELS AND TIRES It has the original factory 14"BBS wheels with average wear tires. They have about 60% tread left on them. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES It has a A/C system that works great and has been converted to R134A refrigerant. All the windows and mirrors function correctly. The manual sunroof is also working great. It has the factory stereo cassette player. The radio tuner on the stereo works properly so does the cassette player. The on board computer is working correctly with a good display. EXHAUST It has the original factory exhaust system that is great shape. SUSPENSION AND BRAKES It has great brakes front and rear. The suspension is the stock one it came with that is in still in good shape. Being sold at low reserve and will sell to the highest bidder. No buy now price sorry! Bid what you can afford.
