Vehicle Detail
1965 Mustang Up for auction is a very clean and rust-free 1965 Ford Mustang. It runs great and turns heads wherever you go. This Mustang has been my wife's car for the past year and we've now decided to let it go and find her another classic convertible. It's being sold with No Reserve so it will go to the highest bidder no matter what. Current and clear California title in hand ready to be transfered to the new owner. Okay, so here are some of the specs on the car: It is an origianal inline 6 cylinder car that was converted to a v8 by the previous owner. It's now powered by an early 80's Mustang 302 v8 w/ roller cams, has about 40k miles on it and runs very strong. Edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock 4 brl carb, dual exhaust flowmasters, Red top optima battery. This Mustang starts every time, doesn't overheat, and can be driven anywhere without a problem. Interior was all redone about 6 months ago and it included the seat upholstery, seat foams, carpet, headliner, door panels, dash, speaker kick panels, and a few other misc trim parts. Has all new A/C system that blows ICE COLD air. Paint was also done by the previous owner and it still looks great as you can see from the pictures, has a few minor imperfections from normal driving but nothing noticable. I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Has all original sheet metal with no rust or bondo spots anywhere. All glass is original to the car as well and in excellent condition. The 4 windows go up and down without a problem. As you can see from the pics I tried to give the Mustang a GT look. All these parts were added in the last couple months; GT grill, foglights, gt rear valance, bumpers, door handles, side mirrors, gt side emblems & side stripes, parking & backup lights, and styled wheel hubcaps. Tires are about 90% new and still have years of driving left. Car has 4 wheel rebuilt drum brakes that stop the car very well. Suspension and rear end is still original T code and both work just fine. Car handles great at all speeds with no sqeaks or rattles. What it still needs; GT exhaust tips welded on (included w/ car), new speakers wired in (included), and door & trunk weatherstripping installed (also included). Other than that she can pretty much be enjoyed as is. As all other classic cars it is being sold in "AS IS" condition with no warranty implied or expressed with this sale. Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything prior to bidding. The car is available for inspection by and serious bidder before the auction ends so feel free to give me a call at (714)227-9304 -Dave. This is a NO RESERVE auction and it will sell to the highest bidder. Please don’t ask me how much it will take to end the auction or if I will consider any trades. I've got close to $15k invested into her and need to get some money back for a new toy. Do not bid unless you already have the funds available. View my feedback and bid with confidence. Thanks for viewing my listing. Don't forget to view the walk around video at the bottom of the listing.
