In order for it to pass a PA inspection again it would need both front and rear bumpers and new tires. The bumpers are rusted thru (see pictures) and the tires, even though they measure 6/32, are dry rotted. Your states rules of inspection may be different from PA's and might not require as much. Please consult your local mechanic for more information. The front disc brakes measure 7/32 and the rear drum brakes measure 3/32. Trucks overall condition is OK. It was in an accident almost 6 years ago and the left front incurred some minor damaged. It was repaired and looks great.
