Vehicle Detail
This car is in great shape. I just do not have time for it anymore. The mileage shown above is for the engine not the car. This is a project car. It needs some work done to be road-worthy. I usually just take it for joy-rides around the block to test it out. The engine came from another mustang a family member has. It was rebuilt and has about 50-60,000 miles on it. It does not leak or burn oil. Sounds excellent. The transmission is a 3-speed automatic. It shifts well but leaks a small amount of fluid, but I think its leaks at the dipstick. When I received this car it had a new paint job but a bad primer. The paint is still glossy in some places but it has some rust showing through now and has faded in some places. There is rust on the exhaust pipes but that does not cause any problems and it is also rusting where the cowl vents would go (this is going to take some work). Some of the interior was also new when I received it like the seat covers, carpet, and headliner. The sun has started to fade out the carpet though. The seats still look nice. The headliner has not yet been installed I also bought a digital radio for it with a cassette player. It needs to be rewired to make it work. I bought a non-original steering wheel for it that is still in good shape. The front windows roll down pretty well but the back ones do not. The interior unit for the A/C is installed. I do not know if it works. I believe there are some hoses already installed that are shown under the hood. The rest of the A/C I do not have. The tires also have good tread. I installed a new core for the heater. The fan is old and no longer works. The radiator is a two-core, some have recommended a three-core, but so far I haven't had any problems running it for long periods of time. The weatherstripping has some leaky spots and needs replacement. I have a few other pieces of chrome that come along with it and a few other goodies. I've tried to include as much information I can think of. Please ask if you would like to know anything else.
