On auction today is a nice 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire. Very original car with super body showing 63,834 miles. Car is out of long term storage, no signs of body damage. Recent paint in original color(silver-blue). Matching original interior is very good overall, with only a small seperation of one seam in the drivers seat, & hole/tear in the rear shelf(hat reack). Side trim is very good, with no dents in the Aluminum. Car needs the front bumper re-plated. Engine shows 150 lbs. compression on each Cyl. All AC components are in place but is not working. Petronix ignition installed along with electric fuel pump & regulator for faster starting. Also, car has recent rebuilt original style fuel pump. New soft gas lines from tank to carb, & new fuel tank strainer. Brakes work good, power windows work good, and overall car runs and drives good. Tires are older radials with good tread.
