This is a beautiful example of a well taken care and adult owned Mercedes Benz E420 (W124 body style). I bought this car from California in November 2010 with 106707 miles. It past the California SMOG certification with NO issues (have a copy of the certification giving to me by the dealer in CA). The body is in excellent condition with NO rust, the car was re-sprayed to its original color prior to my ownership due to some paint fading and it looks fantastic. The tan leather interior is in FANTASTIC condition as well with NO rips or tears. The front seats are heated and in great shape. ALL the switches work perfectly, windows and sunroof open and close with NO issues. The MB radio works great and the sound is awesome, and it comes with an Alpine 6 CD changer (mounted in the trunk with the cartridge) that is controlled from the radio. The engine and transmission work fine and the tires have plenty of tread in them left (about 80%). I put in about 8,000 miles and counting with no issues to report, took the car back and forth to Boston MA from Virginia 3 times, and it was a pleasure driving this MB E420 (V8 and 275 HP), but unfortunately I have to sell it, since I just purchased a beautiful 1972 MB 280 SEL 4.5, and do not have an extra garage space for it. Since my ownership, I have performed 3 oil changes (1 at 106725, the 2nd at 109072 and the 3rd at 112056 using Mobil1 synthetic oil), all fluids have being replaced, a new battery to MB specification for the 1994 E420 was installed on 11/2010 with a 2 or 3 year free replacement. This E420 drives and performs very well, the style and design of this Mercedes Benz W124 will remain a classic for ever.
