Vehicle Detail

This truck is being re-listed due to logistical circumstances, not the fault of myself or the previous high bidder. Now is your chance to bid and win!! This Dodge Power Wagon was bought by my father a few years before he passed away. The truck had been sitting for a number of years under a tree, which eventually fell on the truck and dented in the cab on the driver side rear. When my father bought the truck he started it as a project and never finished it before he passed away. He did a lot of work to the truck including re-forming the shape to the cab as shown in the pictures, which needs to be finished out. A Chevrolet 305 V8 engine and SM465 Muncie 4-speed transmission were installed and linked to the factory divorced-mount transfer case with driveshaft between. We do NOT hve the original engine and there is no winch with the truck. We did start the truck and drive it around our property with a remote starter and a jumper wire to the HEI distributor from the battery. The four wheel drive does work and all driveline does seem to work properly from what we can tell from the minimal time it has been in operation. A bellcrank setup was fashioned by my father for the brakes operating a dual line master cylinder, where he only got the front brakes operating in the time he worked on it before his illness set in. I am in no way trying to represent this truck as a "ready to go" vehicle, but as a project you can pick up where it was left off and take it the direction you wish to take it. I know it is difficult to buy a vehicle sight unseen so I am open to any questions you may have and will be open to texting or emailing additional descriptions and pictures to the best my schedule will allow. This is a 60 year old unrestored vehicle and will need glass, and a lot of other things to finish it out as you should be able to see by the pictures. We did find a title but do nottinkit isthe actual one thagoes with the truck, so please consider thatbfore bidding. There are extra parts including a front end and fenders as shown that should go together to complete the body. I am sure I am leaving out information you may want to know so feel free to ask.... If you do not intend to buy and accept this vehicle as described do not bid, and buyers without at least 10 prior positive ebay purchases, contact me before bidding. Feel free to ask questions and we do recommend you come inspect the truck before bidding.Thank you!!
