1979 Lil Red Express. Restored 2 yrs ago. New paint, interior and all new mechanicals. “Bolt On” type modifications only so it could easily be restored to factory correct condition and I have many of the parts required to do that. They go with the truck. The original 360 motor has been rebuilt with .020 over KB pistons and a mild hydraulic cam. It has Edelbrock aluminum heads and intake with a Holley carb. The original heads, intake and carb go with the truck. Headers and exhaust are ceramic coated. It has an A-518 overdrive transmission making it very nice to drive on the highway. The rear axle assembly is rebuilt with a new posi unit and 3.55 gears. Custom drop spindles and leaf spring mounts lower the truck about 2". No frame cuts or modifications. The original spindles and leaf spring mounts s go with the truck. All new front suspension and steering components with polyurethane bushings. The power steering box is rebuilt as are the power brakes, which are factory disk front and drum rear. The interior has a new bench seat, carpeting and a custom dash panel with Autometer gauges and a Pioneer stereo. Exterior paint is in very good condition. Inside the bed, there are a few chips and scratches from hauling stuff. The truck is reliable, a great driver and gets lots of looks.
