I purchased this Scout last summer from a gentleman in Poway,CA. He had replaced the wheels, tires and brakes. I purchased electric wipers, stainless cup holders, door straps, oil filter adapter (spin on), speedometer, gas caps, steering column bearing, horn button, blinker knob, seat belts, etc. I only installed wipers, cup holder and half of a seat belt before finding a '63 CJ5 and losing interest in the Scout. This will be a great vehicle for someone that wants to pick up where I left off. It runs great, just needs those bearings installed in the column and the seat belts replaced. The proceeds of this sale will benefit Valley Center BSA Troop 619, so that the boys can purchase a new equipment trailer they so desperately need.
