1988 Ford F150 4x4 Lariat South Carolina barn find This truck has the Lariat interior. The only thing we found missing is the original radio and the windshield wiper knob. The outside has sun damage (patina) on the hood and roof. Also has 1 small dent in the left rear fender and 1 on the valance under the right headlight. Both can be seen in the pictures. The chrome on the truck is very straight. The original bed rails are not bent or beat up. The tailgate latch needs a little work. This truck has the 302 v8 in it. The motor runs very strong and does not smoke. (picture is just cause of temp outside). The dual exhaust sounds great. The trans is a 4 speed manual and shifts well. The clutch is in great shape to and does not need any adjustment. All indications show that the mileage reading is true. The truck has the original wheels and the tires are about 60% to 70% good. There is some surface rusting on the 23 year old frame and 1 odd spot on the inside drivers door jam. (see picture) This truck would make an easy restoration project or a classic street cruiser as it is. Feel free to call me with any questions.
