For sale in North Salt Lake is a 1978 Honda Twin Star 185. This motorcycle has been lightly ridden and well cared-for. It has 5,082 original miles. The engine starts and runs smoothly. The electric start works perfectly. This Honda would make a great collector’s item or a nice bike to ride around town or to school. Also a great bike for a beginner. Reserve price set at $800. Unfortunately, it is not free of small scratches and imperfections. There is a scratch on the gas tank that has been touched up and also a small dent on the gas tank. Also, the chrome fenders are starting to develop surface rust, but may polish up nicely. The tires are most likely original and are beginning to dry rot, but they do hold air. The bike has other imperfections that are typical for its age. Hopefully the pictures will describe the motorcycle better than I can. I came across a brand-new Honda exhaust pipe for the right side, but the left pipe is original and is rusty and cracked. The left pipe is intact, however, and seems to work fine. The decals are in exceptionally good shape. The seat is also in great condition without any tears. Title is a clean Iowa title.
