This car is being offered in a true no reserve style auction; winner takes it. A $500 deposit is due IMMEDIATELY at auction close via PayPal. The remaining balance is to be paid within 3 days via bank to bank wire transfer or cash in person. This is a final auction sale, NOT an opportunity to close in on a price and then "view" the car. Once the listing ends, the car is sold, payment is due, and no more questions will be answered. Clean title car, 100% rust free, good daily driver, amazing gas mileage and overall a great value. Car was smog checked and has January 2012 registration. A complete service was just performed including the following: Bosch Silber Spark Plugs (OEM) NGK Plug Wires Bosch Distributor Cap Wells Ignition Rotor Engine Flush Oil and Filter Change Air Filter Fuel Filter Transaxle serviced with 85/140 gear oil New fan swtich and relay Coolant flush All New Tires 600 miles ago New Brakes front and rear New Front Brake Discs Rear Latch Shocks New AC Drier, Converted to R134a New Motor Mounts Front Bumper Shocks I have the receipts for everything. Also, the windows don't work; likely the switches or a relay, the odometer got stuck at 33xxx, and there is a 10" hairline crack in the windshield that hasn't changed since it happened months ago. The cars fires right up, it's deceptively quick and pleasant to drive, and has great handling. It drives true and straight with no shimmy or pulling. No oil leaks or smoking. No indicator lights on in the dash. The car actually runs cooler since I installed a lower temp fan switch. The gearbox shifts smoothly, excellent clutch, excellent exhaust tone, and ice cold AC. I can assist with shipping arrangements, or you can fly in to LAX and drive it home. It's 27 years old so obviously it's being sold as-is with no warranty. If I had another switch with me I would have replaced it but it's simple enough that anyone can do it. Also, I forgot to mention that the drivers door doesn't lock. And, the car has a brand new battery with a 5 year warranty from Autozone.On Feb-19-11 at 17:05:37 PST, seller added the following information: I have been getting requests from the Porsche guys so I pulled the belt cover and checked the timing belt and balance shaft belt. Both were in excellent condition free of shredding or belt slap, with no visible wear to the belts/pulleys/sprockets/rollers/balance shafts. I re-tensioned the timing belt while I was in there. I took a photo and posted it to the listing. You can see how clean the case, belts, and water pump is.
