For sale is a 2001 Volkswagen Cabrio GL convertible. The car is black and has a black cloth interior. Manual transmission and car has 96,080 miles. Car was bought from dealer 4 years ago. Car is in good condition. Has A/C, radio/CD player, though the radio needs an antenna as it doesn't work. Driven mostly locally, garage kept. Body in great shape, some minor dings and scrapes. There is a a patch of rust about 3-4 inches long that runs above top of front windshield. It has been painted over with rustoleum but car was bought that way. (see picture) Has power locks, but not functioning. Car has new rear tires and the brakes were redone in February. Comes with a leather convertible top cover. Car does not start, needs new alternator (would run you about $300), other than that, car is in very good condition. Car is sold as is. Winner is responsible for prompt pick up of the car. The remainder of the balance paid via cash is due within 7 days. Cash is preferable. Check must clear before title is released. Car is not available for delivery. Must come and pick it up.
