Most recently because of a no-show bidder. eBay pulled the listing the first time around because the vehicle, unknowingly to us, had a SALVAGE TITLE in North Carolina in 2006. The Georgia title that we have in hand does not state that it ever had salvage or salvage/rebuilt. We have followed eBay's rules and changed the listing to show the vehicle title as "SALVAGE." We do not have maintenance records prior to September 2009 when it was put into service by the county. The county began using it at 98,589 miles. It was retired in May 2010 at 100,857 miles. It starts (may need to be jumped), runs, & drives. The A/C has a slow leak and needs freon. It is no longer cold. The tires also have some dry rot. They are low and one is flat and won't hold air. This is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
