1971 Chevrolet c-10 pickup truck. Partially restored. Selling due to relocation. Body has had bodywork done to it. Exterior has been sprayed with grey primer. Cab and frame and suspension is all factory 1971. Bed is an early 90's stepside bed in excellent condition. Tailgate is intact and included with all working parts. No tail lights. According to the man my dad bought it from, the engine is a 350 vortec from a 1994 chevrolet that has had the intake swapped out to make it a carbeurated engine. It does have vortec valve covers, but we haven't had anyone run the engine #s to find out for sure. the transmission is the matching 5-speed to the engine. Dual exhaust in good shape with glass packs. The exhaust pipes end just past the glass packs themselve, so there are no final tailpipes on the exhaust. Engine runs excellent. Tires are fair. Interior is in fair condition with bucket seats and a console of unknown origin. The only major problems we are aware of (beside finishing the body resto, of course) are some brake issues with the rear brakes. as far as we can tell, it needs wheel cylinders replaced. Two are included with the vehicle. The factory odometer quit working at 71951.9 miles, and an aftemarket odo was added that now shows 117524.7 miles. it is unknown whether this represents the total miles, or if that is how many miles are on it since the factory odo froze. Vehicle is sold as-is with no warranty. Located in southern WV. will deliver free within a 50 mile radius, will deliver further out for an additional charge. Payment terms are a $500 non-refundable deposit via paypal within 72 hours of auction ending. Balance due in cash or cashier's check on pickup/delivery of vehicle.
