Karmann Edition. Two owner VW. 62,000 original miles. Working factory air conditioning. White top, paint, interior is either cream white or chalk white. New Wide white wall tires. 99% rust free (see one spot bumper close-up). Needs front seat cover (see passenger);whole seat set-$189 Mid America VW. Straight bumpers with almost perfect chrome. No top boot. All the body trim chrome is like new. There is a black hood bug bra included and woodgrain center console at shifter (hard to see in picture). Everything on the car is operational; lights, four way flashers, gauges, ignition/system indicator lights, high/low beam, directionals, etc. Yes, the A/C blows cold and it does have heat. New battery. No paint runs or peeling, bubbling. Drive anywhere. Questions? Ask. (Florida title). Also, production date was 04/77 (factory tag/label/sticker on driver's door opening post give this & mfr place, etc). I do have a 1962 (in background garage picture). You can have it for the $4000, about what is bid on this the 1977 (62 Beetle- perfect running; new master cylinder/brakes; rust free accept for square battery sit area; still all original, 6V; still has old carper/rubber mats/heat duct controls/radio/seats/nothing altered). Needs top, buff or paint, tires, replace original seat covers (or not); original door and interior quarter panels are still usable. All lights, horn, emergency brake work. Forget the top, buy a boot and never drive in rain. Just flippen the budget options at ya. If you don't ever need A/C, you don't need the 1977. Red seat covers would do if your wife, girlfriend, daughter or your Valentine's spending is not restricted. Great present, easy handling, COOL summer, top down or top up. This car will never be less than what you pay for it (if you keep it garaged/cared for). Prices average between $7k and $15k in this condition (yes, even these days). You can own this between that range. If you like another color, don't buy this. If you like heat reflecting white, cool in the night, cruise to the show, buy this. If they don't show the floor pans from underside and some from under carpet, don't buy it!
