What you see is what you get.The car likely has 238,000 miles. When I purchased it in 2008 I was told that the miles were 103,000. At any rate, The car is dependable but obviously has plenty of wear. I have kept good maintenance on the car. The transmission has had the oil and filter changed. The left transaxle seal appears to be leaking some. It requires a 1/2 quart of tranny fluid at about every 700 miles. The oil leaks a little as well, a quart about every 2000 miles. I drive the car daily to work approx. 100 miles round trip. The harmonic balancer had separated so it is new within a few thousand miles. The serpentine belt is fairly new. A new water pump about 18,000 miles ago. The air conditioning compressor froze up about 12,000 miles back. I removed the clutch and installed a new pulley bearing, so everything is still in place but the compressor is bad, so no A/C. A short heater hose from the block to a hard line had split, I replaced about 6000 mile back. The tires are fairly new, probably 1/2 tread or so. I orded the tires with the highest wear rating. The brakes are in good condition, more than 3/4 pad left. The gas mileage is around 20-22 mpg. I drive on 65 mph highway to work. Any maintenance on the car I have done myself, in the 35,000 miles I have driven it I spent about $500 on maintenance including the new tires.
