This is a 1971 Toyota Land-cruiser that runs great! The 4-wheel drive works and it has a 3 speed on the column. We used this on a quail plantation to carry our dog box in the back. We DO NOT have the doors,top, or back seat. It has a few rust spots (see pics) but it is NOT a rust bucket like some that I have seen. The cruiser has a lot of potential to restore or just make it a Sunday driver. It has to have a "steering box" before you put it on the road. We bought a used one and never put it on. It is still in the box and we will give it to the winning bidder. This vehicle has NEVER been on the road or highways. It show 6,227 miles which we are sure that it had to flip over. We drove it only on hedge rows or in planted pines. You will need to trailer this puppy home as it would be impossible to keep it between the lines. We have been driving it like this for years but it was never an issue for us on the plantation because we never went over 5-10 miles an hour. The blinkers are intact and all of the gauges are there. The front bumper is extended because there was a winch on it years ago. We have bought new vehicles so we really don't need this one any more. We do NOT have a title. The gas and oil pressure gauge do not work-The blinkers,headlights,side lights,tail lights,temp and alternator all function properly. It looks as if the floor pans have been redone from years past and look to be in great shape-It has never burned any oil that we were aware of. There is no rust holes on frame-The only spots we noticed were the ones I took pics of.
