This is a 1971 Montesa King Scorpion 250 cc bike, this was a fresh barn find. We cleaned it up a bit and did some carburetor work , added some fresh fuel and low and behold the darn thing started and the engine sounds very strong!!! The brakes are all free from sticking and the transmission shifts as it should. Throttle cable works good and it does have a very clean seat and gas tank, pretty much free from wear. The fuel valve,kicker return spring,clutch and front brake cables will all need replaced, and the front fender is not the orginal fender and that is broke. There is some rust issues as with any old bike, and also the tank badges are missing. Orginal miles is 3023 , what a great find this is, but does have a title.
